Comprehensive Admin & Governance Controls

  • What it is: A new tenant admin menu that provides full lifecycle control over your entire workload hierarchy. This includes purchasing license and seats, onboarding new users, managing them and their projects (creation, removal, deletion).
  • Why it matters: This provides true enterprise-grade governance. It simplifies seat management and user management at scale, reduces reliance on support tickets, and ensures a secure, auditable process for managing all your platform resources.

Financial Management & Oversight

  • What it is: The introduction of soft budgets at both the folder and project levels, alongside free credit allocations and detailed contract reports.
  • Why it matters: This delivers crucial financial visibility and control. You can effectively manage project costs, prevent overspending, and make data-driven decisions about resource allocation.

Specialized Medical Imaging Capabilities

  • What it is: The official integration of the MONAI-OHIF Framework, a leading open-source platform for viewing and labeling medical imaging data, available via the Service Catalog.
  • Why it matters: This provides researchers and clinicians with a world-class, AI-assisted medical imaging viewer directly within the platform, streamlining annotation and analysis workflows for healthcare AI development.

The Services Suite

  • What it is: A powerful, on-demand suite of tools for data curation, selection, and normalization, accessible as a service from our Marketplace and Service Catalogue. This suite integrates leading libraries like ActiveLoop, Data Services, MLFlow, and Croissant Library to streamline data preparation.
  • Why it matters: This is the foundation of high-quality AI. It dramatically reduces the time and effort of data prep, ensures your data is AI-ready, and promotes consistency and best practices across all your projects.

II. The Marketplace Ecosystem: Discovery, Partnership & Value

The Marketplace is evolving into a dynamic hub for innovation, connecting data providers, service experts, and users to create and consume value seamlessly.

A Thriving Data & Commercial Ecosystem with Frictionless Access

  • What it is: A complete ecosystem for partnership and commerce. We are launching dedicated workflows for data partners to publish datasets and for users to consume them. Our new business model offers four distinct packages (Basic, Advanced, Enterprise and Publisher) to provide clear value at every level along with a new, frictionless Free Signup process, allowing individuals and teams to get started in minutes.
  • Why it matters: This transforms the Marketplace into a true force multiplier for your projects. You can access unique data and choose a plan that fits your needs, dramatically accelerating your time-to-value.

Expert Services On-Demand

  • What it is: A dedicated workflow to find, negotiate with, and consume datasets and services from vetted vendors and expert consultants directly through the Marketplace.
  • Why it matters: This connects you with specialized expertise faster than ever. Get the help you need for complex projects without lengthy procurement cycles, accelerating innovation and problem-solving.

Intelligent Discovery & Curation

  • What it is: A new, unified search experience combining generic and GenAI-based search with advanced filters to easily find anything in the Marketplace. We are also introducing our Data Services suite and specialized tools like PHI Redaction as discoverable cards.
  • Why it matters: This slashes discovery time. You can find the exact tool, dataset, or service you need instantly, and access powerful data capabilities as simple, on-demand services.

III. The AI Digital Assistant: Your Intelligent Partner

We are transforming our assistant into a true AI partner that can understand your unique context, access vast knowledge, and help you accelerate research and discovery.

Centralized Knowledge Base Creation

  • What it is: The ability to create a persistent, centralized knowledge base for your AI assistant by uploading and indexing content from a wide range of sources, including PPTs, DOCX files, images, and videos.
  • Why it matters: This allows you to build a true single source of truth for your tenant's proprietary data. The AI can then reason over your specific information, providing highly relevant and context-aware answers.

Next-Generation Research Assistant

  • What it is: A dedicated Research Assistant with built-in, searchable access to external academic libraries like PubMed and clinical trials registries. The assistant is equipped with powerful summarization capabilities to distill key findings from complex artifacts.
  • Why it matters: This provides you with an AI research partner, dramatically accelerating literature review and evidence gathering. It helps you stay at the cutting edge of your field by bridging your internal knowledge with external scientific discovery.

Enhanced Conversation & Context Management

  • What it is: Greater control over your interactions. You can now temporarily upload documents into a chat session for immediate context, manage templates for document creation, and delete conversations for better organization.
  • Why it matters: This provides a more flexible and efficient user experience, allowing you to tailor each conversation to the task at hand while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

  • What it is: A complete suite of new learning tools, including full platform and module-specific product walkthroughs.
  • Why it matters: This empowers users to become experts faster. It accelerates the onboarding process, shortens the learning curve, and helps you maximize the value you get from the platform.

Enhanced Support & Feedback Loop

  • What it is: A new support tool that allows you to not only submit tickets but also report bugs, request enhancements, and upvote suggestions from the community. We are also surfacing key GCP service statuses directly in the UI for better transparency.
  • Why it matters: This gives you a direct voice in our development process. It creates a transparent and collaborative relationship, ensuring we are building the features that matter most to you.
