• Complete the Sign Up Process
  After filling in your details, finalize your account creation. Click the "Sign Up" button at the bottom of the form.

  This action submits your registration information, allowing you to create your new account and gain access to the platform.

  

• Verify Your Email Address

  To complete your registration and ensure the security of your account, you need to verify your email address.

  a. Enter the 6-digit verification code that was sent to your email address into the provided field.
  b. Click the "Verify" button.

Return to the Login Page

• After successfully submitting your registration, you will be notified via email once your registration is complete.

• Click the "Back to Login" button to return to the login page. This allows you to navigate back to the login screen, where you can then sign in with your newly registered account once it's fully processed.

Retrieve Login Credentials from Email

After successful registration, you will receive an email containing your login details.

• Open the email from "AI Innovation Platform Registration Successful".
• Locate your Username and Temporary Password within the email.
• Click the provided link to log in to the platform.

This email provides the necessary credentials to access your new account and confirms your registration. Remember to change your temporary password upon first login for security reasons.

• Enter the one-time code generated by the application into the "One-Time Code" field.
• Enter a descriptive name for your device in the "Device Name" field.

Submit Authenticator Setup

Update Your Password

For security reasons, it is recommended to change your temporary password immediately after your first login.

• Enter your new password in the "New Password" field, ensuring it meets the specified criteria (at least 8 characters, containing uppercase, lowercase, digits, and special characters).
• Confirm your new password by re-entering it in the "Confirm Password" field.

Submit New Password

After entering and confirming your new password, finalize the password update.
