Assistants Overview

Our platform incorporates several specialized assistants, each designed to enhance your experience in distinct ways. These assistants provide context-aware guidance, facilitate document creation, support your research activities, and offer general platform related assistance.

Available Digital Assistants

You have access to four specialized assistants that can help streamline your work and improve your productivity:

1. Ambient Assistant

A subtle, context-aware guide that appears across key modules to provide you with timely insights and suggestions relevant to your current task.

What you can do with the Ambient Assistant:

  • Receive contextual help without leaving your current workspace.
  • Get real-time tips and guidance specific to the module you're using.
  • Access quick insights to improve your workflow efficiency.

You can either access it via the top right section on your dashboard page or click the icon on the top navigation bar on other modules to open up the ambient assistant.

2. Document Creation Assistant

Helps you quickly create professional-quality documents with customizable templates and guided steps.

What you can do with the Document Creation Assistant:

  • Create documents using pre-built templates.
  • Customize templates to match your specific needs.
  • Generate professional reports and documentation efficiently.
  • Access guided steps for document creation.
  • Create your own templates and share with users of the platform (Coming soon).

To access the Document Creation Assistant, you need to first navigate to the full version of the Digital Assistant and check all available Assistants from there.

3. Research Assistant

Assists you in gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing information for your research needs.

What you can do with the Research Assistant:

  • Analyze research materials and papers.
  • Synthesize information from multiple sources.
  • Get help with data analysis and interpretation.
  • Structure your research findings effectively by analyzing the results and creating reports.

To access the Research Assistant, you need to first navigate to the full version of the Digital Assistant and check all available Assistants from there.

4. AIIP Assistant

Offers you tips, instructions, and self-service help to make navigating the platform easier. Here, AIIP refers to our AI Innovation Platform.

What you can do with the Platform/AIIP Assistant:

  • Get instant help with platform navigation.
  • Access step-by-step instructions for common tasks.
  • Find answers to frequently asked questions related to all our platform modules.
  • Troubleshoot issues independently.

To access the AIIP Assistant, you need to first navigate to the full version of the Digital Assistant and check all available Assistants from there.

Accessing Your Digital Assistants

To access any of these assistants:

  1. Look for the Digital Assistant icon in your dashboard interface to open its expanded version.

  2. Navigate to the Assistants page from the left panel and click on the assistant you need based on your current task.
